Here at St Mary’s we pride ourselves on providing the very best education for all of our children. 

St Mary’s is very much an inclusive school, where each child is nurtured and challenged to achieve their very best.

The children enjoy a broad and balanced curriculum, through creative and engaging lessons. The curriculum often extends before and after the school day with a wide range of activities available to the pupils.

Each day the whole school family seek to live out the school mission: 

“Living and Learning Together – Shining in our Faith”.

We do this by allowing the gospel values of love, forgiveness and charity to shape all we do.

Our school is supported by a strong partnership with The Archdiocese of Liverpool, Lancashire County Council and the Parish of St Elizabeth’s. St Mary’s has an experienced Governing Body that guides the work of the school with challenge and expertise.

The best ambassadors for St Mary’s are the pupils and staff themselves. Therefore I would encourage families who may be considering St Mary’s for their children to come and visit us.
