What to Bring

No pencil cases needed – all equipment is provided.

Healthy snack or fruit for morning break (please remember: we are a nut-free school).

Named water bottle – to be taken home daily for cleaning.

As we step into the second half of our Autumn term, Class 3 is buzzing with curiosity and creativity! Here's a look at the exciting topics we'll be exploring:
Curriculum Highlights

English: Inspired by A Christmas Carol, we’ll be writing a brand-new chapter, crafting poetry, and even scripting a play!

RE: Exploring the theme of Prophecy and Promise.

Science: Investigating Living Things and Their Habitats.

Geography: Discovering What it's like to live near Liverpool.

Design Technology: Building knowledge through Structures
-
Computing: Learning about Online Safety, Quizzing, and Spreadsheets.

Music: Our focus will be the unit Stop!.
Homework

Weekly spelling lists will be sent home and tested each Thursday.

Children will complete spelling activities on Purple Mash.
-
Weekly SPaG.com tasks will also be assigned to reinforce grammar skills.
PE Days
-
PE lessons take place every Wednesday and Friday.

Please ensure children come to school wearing their full PE kit on these days. Thank you for your continued support!
