Headteacher's Report to Parents 2020-21

End of Term Update 16th July



Sports Day 2021


Come along and enjoy our Sports Day. This year, because of restrictions on numbers, it is split into four mini-events. Please follow the guidance below:


  • entry is via the parish gate.
  • only 2 people per family per event.
  • follow directions as you arrive.
  • children should attend school in their PE kit for the day.
  • wear a mask/face covering on entry.

You can:

  • cheer and clap our wonderful youngsters throughout.
  • remove masks/face coverings whilst seated.

Please do not:

  • change seats.
  • take photographs under any circumstances.
  • move to another "zone".
  • cross the track into a class "bubble".

School will:

  • direct you as you arrive.
  • sanitise seating between class events.
  • take photographs and publish them via this website and twitter@stmarys1872


St Mary's will continue to operate with full regard to the covid guidance from the Department of Education. 

Photography restrictions are in place due to specific safeguarding requirements at present. It will be possible to photograph some school events in the future.
